Refund & Return Policy

At TheScentomy, every product is carefully handcrafted and inspected before it reaches you. We take pride in maintaining the quality and hygiene of all our personal-care items.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the highly perishable and personal nature of our products (such as perfumes, soaps, and skincare items), these items are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used.

2. Return Eligibility

For products that are damaged upon receive, please reachout to us @ +601154155531 and will do our best to arrange replacements of goods. Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All returned items will undergo a quality inspection before a confirmation of eligibility is issued. 

3. Return Request Procedure

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide:

  • Your order receipt,

  • A photo of the product showing its received condition, and

  • The product itself (in its original packaging).

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping and transportation costs related to the return of goods for inspection.

6. Refund Timeline

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise stated.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
